2018 Kentucky All-Star Hall of Fame
Gene Rhodes, 1958 Kentucky All-Star was inducted into the Kentucky All-Star Hall of Fame. Unfortunately Mr. Rhodes passed away a few days before our Awards Ceremony. His son, Stephen Rhodes accepted his award on his behalf.
