Congratulations! Your player has been selected as a candidate for Mr. or Miss Kentucky Basketball! Please complete the bio form and stats information requested below so that we can prepare for the 2023 Mr. and Miss Kentucky Basketball Awards Ceremony. Along with submitting the form below, you will also need to submit a high quality photo of your candidate in his/her high school basketball uniform and a high quality logo of his/her high scool to Jennifer Hunt Spurling by emailing JenniferHunt@kylionseye.org.

The 2023 Mr. and Miss Kentucky Basketball Awards Ceremony will be hosted in person at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort in Lexington, KY on Sunday, March 20th at 5:30 PM (ET). Candidates are asked to please arrive by 5 PM (ET) for a quick rehearsal prior to the event.
